We hope that you adore your jewellery and encourage you to clarify any doubts before purchase to avoid unnecessary returns that are costly and add to the carbon footprint. We do our very best to provide an honest and real view and feel of our products across our website and social media. To further encourage mindful consumption, we do not cover return fees but are very happy to provide a full refund of the item price if you decide to return your purchase within 14 days of arrival. 

Please note that all returned pieces need to be in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging in order to qualify for a full refund.  

To return your item please follow the following steps:

1. Register your return by filling out the return form below.
2. You will receive an email with a return slip with further instructions within 24 hours. 
3. Repack the item(s) in their original packaging and add the return slip before sending to the return address provided.
4. We will issue your full refund within 10 working days after arrival.
